Visual Communication
Visual communication is a course, where we had to bring a clear message to the audience using images, text and different fonts. It all started with the basics of eye catching. We had to edit some pictures to bring different messages to the audience. Now that we knew a little bit about image editing, we had to learn about fonts. So we had to improve a font. At the end of the course we had to combine everything we had learned to present a small inquiry we did in our class.

Programming and Physical Computing
This is a course where we learn a bit about programming. We learn how to program an arduino and combine sensors with programs. We made wireless game-controllers, a radar system and an email notification device. At last we learn how to use images and video for controlling a game and how to manipulate images using processing.

Smart Environments
This is a course where we did a project. The goal of the project was to create a “smart environment”. We had to create a product that can be implemented in the society. This product had to have sensors and should be able to predict what can happen. It should be able to response to the environment.

Interactive Visualizations
This is a course where we learned some basics of 3D modeling. The first part of this course are lectures where you learn the basics of 3D modeling, animation and world creation. The second part of this course is a project. In this project, you make a “creative” 3D animation for a “company” to illustrate their product/research.
